Return Policy:
Because all items are personalized to order, I cannot accept returns.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Weird things can happen in the mail, so in the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, e-mail me at hello@jwoska.com within 5 days of receiving it. Provide details and, if possible, include photos. I’ll do my best to make it right.
Cancellation Policy:
Because I start working on your custom items as quickly as possible, I can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
Commission & Event Deposit Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable and are applied towards your final balance. In the case that you cancel your event, the deposit will be forfeited.
